Day by Day Journey
- Day 1
Arrival Nairobi
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by the hotel representative and transferred to Four Points by Sheraton Nairobi Airport for your overnight stay. Excursions can be arranged at extra cost depending on your arrival time.
- Day 2
Nairobi - Amboseli National Park (Approximately 4 Hours drive)
Pick up from your Nairobi hotel in the morning and depart for Amboseli National Park. Lunch on arrival at your safari lodge followed by an afternoon game drive to view Kenya’s largest elephant herds, buffalo and plains game. Dinner and overnight in Amboseli Serena Lodge.
- Day 3
Amboseli National Park
We recommend an early morning wake up to experience excellent game viewing & an unprecedented view of the snow-capped Mt. Kilimanjaro (weather permitting). Lunch followed by an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight will be in Amboseli Serena Lodge.
- Day 4
Amboseli National Park - Lake Naivasha (Approximately 5.5 Hours drive)
After breakfast you will depart for Lake Naivasha with a packed lunch en route. Afternoon will be at leisure to enjoy a boat ride on the lake with a visit to the nearby Crescent Island where you can walk amongst game such as giraffe, wildebeest, waterbuck, zebra and gazelle. The shores of the Island also offer abundant birdlife such as fish eagles, cormorants and pelicans. Dinner and overnight LAKE NAIVASHA SOPA LODGE
- Day 5
Lake Naivasha - Masai Mara National Reserve (Approximately 5.5 Hours drive)
After an early breakfast depart for the famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve, driving past the Maasai town of Narok. Late lunch on arrival at your exciting luxury safari Camp. Enjoy your first game drive in search of the famous ‘BIG FIVE’ animals and other various game that roam the vast plains. Dinner and overnight in Soroi Mara Bush Camp.
- Day 6-7
Masai Mara National Reserve
Full days in the Maasai Mara to enjoy unlimited game drives during the day at your convenience. You may opt for packed breakfasts or lunches to enjoy by a scenic spot. Meals and overnight in Soroi Mara Bush Camp.
- Day 8
Maasai Mara – Nairobi - Diani
After breakfast we will transfer you to the nearby airstrip for your schedule flight to Dian via Nairobi. You will be met on arrival and transferred to your beach hotel. Evening at leisure with overnight at Soroi Blue – Diani
- Day 9-11
Diani
Days at leisure on the beach. You can book and pay for any activities you wish to do directly with the hotel. Breakfast and overnight at Soroi Blue – Diani
- Day 12
Diani Beach - Nairobi
Check out at 1000 Hrs. You will be transferred to the Ukunda airstrip for your schedule flight to Nairobi. Upon your arrival in Nairobi’s Wilson Airport you will be met and transferred to the JKIA for your int. flight departure.

Practical Information
Climate & Best Travel Period
Expect varying climates throughout the journey, from warm safari regions inland to humid coastal conditions. The best wildlife viewing is generally during the dry seasons (June–October and January–March), while the coast is enjoyable year-round.
Packing for Safari and Beach
Pack lightweight, neutral-colored clothing for safari activities and casual beachwear for the coast. Include a light jacket for early morning game drives, comfortable walking shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, and swimwear.
Transportation Between Destinations
Transfers may involve a combination of road travel, domestic flights, or train journeys depending on the itinerary. Keep cameras, medications, travel documents, and valuables in your carry-on bag during transfers.
Health & Safety
Consult your healthcare provider regarding recommended vaccinations and malaria prevention before travel. Stay hydrated, use insect repellent, and follow your guide’s instructions during wildlife activities.
Money, Connectivity & Tipping
The Kenyan Shilling (KES) is the local currency, though major credit cards are accepted at most lodges, hotels, and resorts. Wi-Fi is available in many properties but may be slower in remote safari areas. Tipping guides, drivers, and hotel staff is customary and appreciated for good service.
