Start Early for the Best Wildlife Viewing
An early morning departure (around 6:00 AM) provides the best chance of seeing predators and other wildlife when animals are most active and temperatures are cooler.
Book the Elephant Orphanage in Advance
Visits to the Elephant Orphanage are limited to specific viewing hours and often require advance booking. Reservations should be made early, especially during peak travel seasons.
Carry Essential Safari Items

Follow Wildlife and Conservation Guidelines
Maintain a safe distance from animals, remain inside the vehicle during the game drive unless instructed otherwise, and follow all rules at the Elephant Orphanage and Giraffe Centre to support conservation efforts.
Allow for Traffic and Timing Flexibility
Nairobi traffic can be unpredictable, particularly during rush hours. Plan your schedule with extra time if you have a flight or other commitments later in the day. Best Time to Visit: Year-round, with excellent wildlife viewing during the dry seasons (June–October and January–March). Tour Duration: Approximately 10–11 hours.
