Horse Riding Experience is Recommended
While beginners can often participate, a basic level of riding confidence is recommended for a more enjoyable horseback safari. Riders are usually matched with horses according to their experience level.
Wear Comfortable Outdoor Clothing
Wear long trousers, closed walking shoes or riding boots, a hat, sunglasses, and lightweight clothing in neutral colors. Carry a light jacket as mornings in the central highlands can be cool.
